About this Blog

This blog started off as a place for me to store recipes that worked for me because even though we all have things that go wrong in the kitchen its hard sometimes to remember where that original recipe came from. Then it allowed me to add notes about what worked and then the variations I've tried.

I like to say thanks with my Cinema Floor Cookies and whenever someone would ask me for a recipe for something I could direct them to the blog. Telling someone to follow a recipe is all well and good if someone understands the language of baking, but if they don't, I figured that it would help if I provided some info on Terminology, Equipment and the Basics.

I started posting some of my recipes on Facebook and then I started to see more and more visitors from Google -which both delights and fascinates me.

Check out the coming soon section which has details of items in draft status but if there is anything you'd like to see just let me know and I'll see what I can do.  Questions, Recipes, suggestions and comments are welcome.
